FIFA 22 4-3-2-1 Instructions! I like to play possession-based football so my instructions reflect that. I want my team to keep the ball as much as possible and take risks in the final third. My full backs are key in this system as they provide the width and allow my wingers to cut inside. My defensive midfielder sits just in front of the back four and provides cover and balance. My two central midfielders are responsible for dictating the tempo of the game and controlling possession. My striker is the focal point of my attack and plays just off my two wingers.
